It is a confession."It's important to clarify the licensing structure. The Extended License for the script is exclusively provided by Codester. Therefore, you'll need to purchase it from the Codester platform. Afterward, you can request the script developer to enable the extended features, as per their promises." What it means? the responsibility of providing extended license is that of codester and codester needs to fulfill it!! The buyer has to request script writer for permission. (I remember a time when this beggar was doing all things without a sale and was selling for $5. Then codester supported this person)

  The previous technology used in this project, PHP 7.1, has been deprecated, and its support has been discontinued by the PHP community. Consequently, we cannot move forward with this software. It's important to note that the product has been halted, and we are discontinuing the script. The Identityo script was launched in 2021, and if we were to update it with the current technology, we would continue offering it on Codester. However, it's essential to understand that we are selling the source code, not providing a SaaS service. Please be aware that we have the authority to discontinue our script at any time.

  I love identity software, the UI/UX is very clean and user-friendly.it has a modern design, and responsive. Before purchasing the extended license, I have a few questions:
  
  1. The demo seems to be running slow; when you click on something, it takes about 40 seconds to update/open. Is this the same for the original version? If so, could you please improve its performance? as this delay is quite frustrating.
  2. I couldn't find where to create a QR code. Can you guide me on how to do this?
  3. I'd like to add extra sections to the dashboard, such as Education and Language. Is this possible, and how much would this customization cost?
  4. Do you have any plans to add more pre-made layouts? If not, would you consider creating more layouts if I requested?
  5. I also need to integrate more payment gateways. Is this possible as well?

  This person made me buy the script and the script is still corrupt. He collected payment for customization but nothing happened till date. He provided a half cooked script and made me to download from his personal server and when downloaded it could not be hosted. HE TOOK MONEY FROM ME TO INTEGRATE RAZORPAY BUT UPDATED IN CODESTER. THE CUSTOMIZATION FOR WHICH HE TOOK MONEY IS NOT COMPLETED YET. THE EXTENDED LICENSE ALLOWS TO USE THE SCRIPT IN SEVERAL PROJECTS AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS BUT WHEN YOU GO FOR CUSTOMIZATION YOU NEED TO REQUEST LICENSE EACH TIME. HE HAD A SHIT OF WEBSITE CALLED ARNJARA OR SO.
  
  The corrupt script which was pointed out by @tonyhoang is not rectified it yet. The seller who took payment from me has not provided custom script yet. And boasting about AI etc !

  @arnjra by accepting a custom job, you create intellectual property for your client. You are not allowed to integrate that property into your own product without the consent of your client.
  
  We are forced to take your product offline until this issue has been resolved. You can either take out the modification or come to an agreement with your client.

  Despite the description says that this system is multi languages, there are certain parts of the script that are not translatable via admin panel, I translated to Portuguese but the following cannot be translated:
  1) Create Profile;
  2) Login;
  3) Profile - Preferences;
  4) Subscriptions;
  5) Layouts;
  6) Portfolio - Add Category
  7) Contact
  8) Pricing
  9) Users
  10) FAQs
  
  - When using ç, ã, õ, é, ó and other latin characters it shows symbols
  
  - When clicking to see View Profile I got this error message "This profile is currently not available"
  
  - When clicking on the frontpage to see the Demo Profile I got this error message "404 Not Found - The resource requested could not be found on this site!"
  
  I am posting here and wait 2 business day and if not sorted will request refund.

  There is no error at all .. I don't know where are you checking but you can test it on demo profile .
  
  1. Three dot menu is perfectly working. Other than three dot menu, there is no icon used in menu block.
  
  2. Go to John profile, click on shop, You'll be redirected to shop page. No error, if you've already added product-categories and products.

  Translation is now working perfectly. But at a same time if you want to use English, Japanese and Korean then you need to create separate system for it with slug like
  For Japanese :
  http://example.com/jp/
  For Korean :
  http://example.com/kr/
  
  And for multiple system you need to purchase extended license.
