  i have never had an issue with the script. i lost my server due to some financial issues. but that has nothing to do with the script. when i had it downloaded the seller was there to answer any comments and help with some issues i had. all these people tearing you down for things they don’t want to take responsibility for there faults is beyond me.. but thank you @arnjra for helping with the script i’m looking to install it again on a new server with the same domain. i will message you if i need any assistance with the license.

  I did not get your script and I don't use such unlicensed shit. You have provided a reasonably good reply. Still you are crookedly silent why a buyer of extended license should keep contacting you for license/purchase code when he has already bought extended license which he can use on unlimited instances? Why should the buyer, if he is capable of customizing himself, should contact you for support? It means you provide corrupt script which requires your intervention.
  Seems you have straight answers except to the above.

There are several queries which are generic and presale. You shy to answer in this support section because you fear being exposed. You always ask email ID which is against this marketplace policy. Then who is illegal and fraud? The extended license is commercial in nature with unlimited permission. There are several good and worthy sellers and scripts in this platform who do not steal. They also provide extended license. The buyers use this platform to buy. Then how is it possible for you to give special support and advance info to extended buyers if you do not cheat and steal info? Why you keep on asking buyers personal emails even for presale queries?

  This seller [email protected] seems to be a fraud. There is internal message system in codester then why he wants private email against marketplace policy? The extended license gives unlimited usage rights. Then why a buyer needs to ask him purchase code or license code every time? I think the script is corrupt or the seller steals data. His greed and inferior script can be the reason why the script is still in the garbage basket. You buy a script. you get a purchase code from downloaded folder which is invalid. You contact seller. He gives personal email and ... fuck the whole shit
