  Guys if you publish this app on google play, your app will be rejected and this source code is exact copy of another product on this site, if he had designed it then he would have updated and removed the access file permission which google prohibited, believe me, the seller tries hard to give false argument. I'm really sorry but this is truth.

  this app is trash, it asks for allow file access, i have seen google play rejecting these kinds of apps which asks for allow file access, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, i thought i will purchase this but after testing the demo apk, it was asking for all files access permission, :'(

  app required this permission because of that's a main function of application. while uploading you have to clear out with console and give clarification of why you use this permission in application.

  I have not seen any other similar app asking for this permission. Check this app :

  Even if we will give a strong reason, google will reject this app.
  Checkout the above app, it is working perfectly without asking for allow file access.
  Update the source code and fix this then I will purchase this.

  you send me link which work like my app but i think you have to download both app and have to checkout how many number of photo recovered then you decide why this permission not needed and Beginning of Android 10 or higher version give some restriction which actually apply by google so who not up to date with minimum target version they have to update there app and at that time they required this permission because of OS version and at that time they have to clear with google support with this permission.

  This is the response i got from google play team when i tried to publish a similar app (not this one) with this permission
  
  Your app has been rejected and wasn't published due to a policy violation. The feature you identified that is dependent on this permission does not appear to be critical to the core functionality of your app.
  
  You have requested access to All Files Access permission but it appears that your app's core feature requires access to only Media Files or does not need access to any Files. In case your app needs access to Media Files, with the MediaStore API, apps can contribute and access media that's available on an external storage volume without the need for the access all files permission.
  
  Please update your app so that the feature uses Media Store APIs and remove All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission.
  
  your app will be rejected too if i purchase and publish it, believe me they are very strict.

  that use before we update new version now you have to replace id in AdAdmob.java file whenre you can put banner and full screen ad.
