  I recently purchased the "YouTube Phones and Emails Scraper Python" software from Codester and am facing multiple issues that are impacting its functionality. Firstly, the software is not working on the Google Chrome engine, even after installing and updating the necessary drivers. When I switch to Firefox, the scraping process does start, but it only scrapes a single email and then duplicates that same email in each row repeatedly, rather than fetching unique entries. Additionally, the software fails to scrape phone numbers, which is a key feature it advertised. Finally, after completing a scrape, it does not export the data into Excel as expected—no file is generated, not even an empty Excel sheet.
