Check out the line starting with iTween.MoveTo
In above lines of code, we are telling player that if he reaches end cell/block position on the board after rolling the dice, oncomplete "Check_Snake_Ladder" is invoked. This function will be invoked if player reaches any cell/block after rolling the dice.
