  It's possible to add categories, and get instant updates and notifications on likes, comments and shares on our confession?

  Notifications on likes, comments or shares would include tracking of user who posted confession which ruins the idea of 'Anonymous' Confessions.
  
  But I was planning on adding admin panel and sorting confessions by number of approvals or disapprovals. If you have any new ideas let me know.

  I liked your idea, but would it be possible to add categories of various kinds of confessions? Would it also be possible for users to be able to create an account but publish as anonymous?

  Categories maybe in the future but accounts no. I already told you anything that includes any kind of tracking the user is ruining the idea of anonymity.
