  any update on making this compress more file formats? also can it be installed on a vps in a subfolder so https://mydomain.com/image-compressor? I have your image converter script installed on a vps and would like to add this to the same website to offer more tools if possible

  This script is intended for shared hosting so it only supports JPEG format and I think it can be installed in a subfolder but I have to check that out first.
  I'll be uploading a new script that's working on VPS and supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP. It's more of an optimizer than a compressor. Here is a demo: https://imagecompressor.webappskit.com/

  ok thank you, can that script be loaded in to a subfolder on my vps? i wanted to offer more tools on the one website if possible, rather that having them all on separate domains

  I guess it's possible but I didn't test it. Also, both scripts will have two separate dashboards and different UI. But as you can see from the demo, it's working 100% on a subdomain.

  ah yes, it might not quiet work right trying to make it work on the same website as the image converter as the home button wont redirect to https://mydomain.com it will redirect to https://subdomain.mydomain.com

  I think the same goes with the subfolder https://mydomain.com/image-compressor. I'll have to verify that and get back to you

  The app was created to work on a shared hosting account. And thus only JPEG is supported. I'm planning on creating a VPS version that will support more formats once I have some free time
