  You can easily embed google photo album as AD when you get the embed code. Just paste the code in the Ad settings and specify where you would like them to appear on the website.

  I tested it now, it's working fine. Can't you put a thumbnail on the ads that are listed on the homepage? Its the translation? I couldn't translate to my language which is Portuguese.

  If you have an ad script (let's say, from google adsense) and you post it, it will be converted automatically to the way it was designed to appear (image, text).
  For translation - The code is translation ready only that we haven't completed translating all the response. Be sure they will be complete in the next update.
