  Answering your question, you and your client don't need to install an application with this project, our system has a quick load like a PWA, for example, when your client assembles the digital menu for his clients, he will only need to send a link to be open to place orders, the customer will not need to install an application, this in the delivery segment, having to install an application, end up frustrating some sales, sometimes the customer does not have memory on the cell phone or does not want to waste time downloading, so just with the link clicking, will open and order!
  
  About the integration with whatsapp, your client, which is the company, will only need to enter the whatsapp number in the administrative panel and the system will automatically integrate with his order menu, you won't need to scan QR code or anything like that!
