  Script looks like what I need, EXCEPT I need for the client to be able to click a link and request a quote for shipping...I can not see this in there, While it can be done in a different script, moving the client information over is messy and time consuming and would require the client and you to log into 2 different areas.

  I got this message from hosting service after explaining the same issues to them:
  
  Greetings,
  
  It looks like the issue with the front end of the website is related to some URL misconfiguration of the site.
  As per the logs in the browser's developers console, the site refers to the URLs under the https://mydomain.com/en/path/to/resource URLs
  However, the 'en' directory neither exists in either in domain's document root nor in the public subdirectory.
  So it is required to look into the website's URL configuration or/and in the custom .htaccess as well.
  
  We would suggest that you consult regarding this with your developer since we are not aware of the custom website's architecture.

  I recently purchased your "Ecourier - Advance Shipment And Tracking Software" and completed the installation successfully. However, I have encountered an error message that is preventing me from using the software. The error message reads as follows:
  
  "SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'my batabase name'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"
  
  I have checked my database credentials, and they appear to be correct. Despite this, I am unable to access the software's features due to this error. This is causing a significant disruption to our operations.
  
  I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Please provide guidance on how to resolve the "Access denied" error and ensure that the software functions as expected. It is crucial for our business to have the software running smoothly to manage our shipments and tracking efficiently.
  
  If there are specific steps or configurations that need to be adjusted, or if any updates or patches are required, please let me know.

  This error indicates that your database details are incorrect. If you are certain that your password is accurate, please follow these steps:
  
  1. Navigate to the root folder of the Ecourier project.
  2. Open the .env file.
  3. Enclose your password with either apostrophes or quotation marks.
  4. Locate the line that says DB_PASSWORD=your_password.
  5. Modify it to be DB_PASSWORD="Place your password here".
