  Is the duration of this SSL only each 3 months?
  Can I change it so it will be 1 years? If not, why do you not build it so it work so duration is 1 years?
  
  There is SSL online for free already with is duration every 3 month, so I dont understand why you cant build so it duration one time each year.
  
  Im intrested to buy it but 3 month I can use a other for free. hope you understand.

  as you see there is lot of other who wish SSL so it duration 1 year.

  the issue is that it is a free service from letzs encrypt meaning they only offer 3 months but you can renew it any time even before it expires. They simply do not offer more than three months so no coder can extend it. You can however modify the scripüt to auto renew a certificate 30 days before it expires.

  You can't change its duration. But it can renew it after 3 months

  This is a very good script. I have 2 questions:
  1. After the SSL expires 3 months. Can I reissue another one to the same domain over and over again?
  2. How long will it takes for me to get Adsense approval on this?

  Yes you can generate another one for same domain. There's no limit. If you have adsense approved domain, you can display ads instantly otherwise u need to apply for adsense and usually it will take 2-3 days
