  I'm sorry to hear that you're facing an issue during installation. The "Exec Function: Fail" error occurs because the exec() function in PHP is disabled on your server.
  
  If you're using cPanel, please navigate to the PHP configuration settings and enable the exec() function.

  If this because of visitors load then just pause the compression feature by modifying the code. Most of just want to see how any script homepage, user dashboard and admin panel will look in realtime.

  As the Video compression uses a lot of CPU power, making it hard for individual developers to handle without strong servers. This is why it's difficult to run scripts for tasks like removing image backgrounds or compressing videos.
