  Yes, its possible to add. But it will require additional costs.
  1. You need a vps server to run a sip switch from us.
  2. The sip switch need to buy from us.
  3. This script need integrate with that sip switch . ( free of cost )

  Generally php can not connect directly with a sip connection . So first of all you need a sip server which connected with your voip provider. And this application need integrate with that sip server.
