  1. To change the language you will need someone who understands HTML, there are HTML templates where you will need to change texts, also if you want to get answers also only in Portuguese, then you will need to change the Call functions. To do that, you will need someone with 1 month experience of Django.
  
  2. Integration of new payment systems will need a deep understanding of the project.
  
  3. Tested with Hostinger VPS with cyberpanel. You need a terminal to set it up.

  Yes if you have some basic knowledge of Django framework and html, css. If you want to customize only design you will require to know only html and css, but for functionality extention you will need Django.
