  Is there multi domain support? For example I instal script with admin panel at www.geoip.exampleAAA.com where I manage all pages. Later I add javacript to www.exampleBBB.com and www.exampleCCC.com. Would it work??

  Yes of course, you just have to install it in one place then you can run on it on multiple websites (it's Javascript snippet that you have to add to other sites and the central control panel can stay in one single place)
