  I am sorry your user exceeded the max_user_connections, unfortunately these cannot be increased on shared hosting as that would violate the LVE/CloudLinux resource limits in place. Again, you may need to have your developer review your code and queries to determine why they aren't being properly closed, otherwise, you can upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server, where we may adjust this value further.

  The error appears on the front page once max_user_connections has been exceeded. A2Hosting support said this is something you need to fix.

  this is happening due to limit specified in the mysql configuration and you need to change this limit on your db configuration so the problem is with your server try to find a solution here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11183727/how-to-solve-mysql-max-user-connections-error
