  Are account (bank/credit card) records importable, if uploaded in a CSV format? And if so is there a standard for column title/data?

  Its for general accounting, ledger system. Double entry base, i mean Cr and Dr, balance sheet, profit loss etc. yes you can create ledger as bank ac for credit card as well. However you can not import credit card entries. If you need a custom accounting solutions, we can develop for you, as per your requirement

  You have to click on inactive button to activate account, by default all accounts are inactive, user has to activate account/company to work on

  If you can login after install then db is connected. Customer side database you can access after user purchase plan. However, if you want to add manually or access database. Then structure is inside application/config folder.

  Backend is programing language. How would you translate it. However, if your concern is making changes in programming, in code then you sure you can modify it. And if you concern is translation of user interface (dashboard, functions, reports etc) then sure you can do it. Script content a language file separately, you just have to make change as per your language and you are good to go in any language.
