  In the demo website there are some pages not working, like news, team, etc so when I buy this code these are working? or not? and data not showing other websites means not showing any other websites name, and the name of the website can be changed?

  In menu the pages are just dummy links. you can create your pages are link them. You will get the script working same as it is working in demo link. yes you can change the name of website.
