  Hi there, I am hoping to use the dynamic tag cloud filtering shortcode in the body of a page rather than in a sidebar widget but the css is clearly all wrong for that placement. Can you direct me to where the css can be altered to fit my needs?

  Hi, the CSS for the Dynamic Tag Filter is only generic because every theme has its own CSS. The placement (page or sidebar) of the shortcode does not matter as long as there is enough space, but the usual place is inside a page.
  The CSS definitions are in /css/frontend.css in the upper part. You can overwrite them with your own CSS in a child theme or via the WordPress customizer.

  Recently I've purchased the Tag Groups Premium plugin, because my developer told me it would work on my website. It's suppose to organize the tags under the categories so it could be filtered, but it doesn't do that. He didn't realize that until after I purchased it. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but is there any possibility to request a refund? Because now i have to buy a new one since it doesn't do what I need it to do for my website.

  Please find all relevant information about refunds at https://support.codester.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000018249-How-do-I-apply-for-a-refund- - particularly the bottom part. I think your request should be directed to your developer, since you write that the cause for your erroneous purchase was the wrong information from the developer. Accurate information about the plugin can be found on the "Overview" page of this plugin. This plugin organizes tags under groups, not under categories.
  
  I recommend to set up tag groups that represent your categories. That way you can organize your tags under groups.

  My website www.tuckedaway.co.uk basically promotes accommodation using video. Im ideally after a filter system where people can select a country, then county, then town etc so they can really pinpoint a location.I just cant work out how to do it using the plugin!
