  I have a few questions before purchasing:
  1. What is the difference between the regular license and the extended license of this script?
  2. The name of the script is Medical Based Social Network, so will the script have page profile, news feed, comment functions... like other social networks in the future?

  2. Currently, professionals and institutions have profile pages. We do not currently have plans for individual users (patients) profile pages.
  We will add a blog area (tab) to the professional and Institution profile pages. These members will be able to share feeds, posts, files. Comments can also be made on these posts.
  
  We'll probably add it in the next update. We will also make performance improvements in the next update. We cannot give an exact date for the update, but we are working on it right now.

  One more question, I don't see any payment feature for users, is it necessary to pay for making appointments, asking questions,...? Otherwise professionals and organizations will receive a lot of spam messages

  I see that in Professional Account there is a payment receiving function, the payment history also has a transaction for consulting fee payment but in Personal (Patient) Account there is no payment or deposit function. I think there should be a payment function for patients, they can pay for services, the admin will collect a part of the platform fee and pay on behalf of the patient to the specialist or organization. The wallet function should be developed on this platform.

  There is no payment system for individual users (patients), so the system is free for individual users. Individual users can pay to professionals not to the website.
  But;
  There is currently a limitation in message and question systems. A professional CAN accept messages and questions from only his/her own patients. Additionally, if a user asks a question to a professional , the user cannot ask another question until the question is answered.
  
  There is no limit on the appointment system, but we will add a date limit in the next update. A user will be able to make 1 appointment per day from a professional.
  
  We have no plans to add paid membership (plan) for individual users. But limitations will be improved.

  We will upgrade the script to Laravel 11, but we have a roadmap. Our priority is to improve the script, add new features and add new payment gateways.
  We are not considering discounts at the moment, sorry. It's a huge script and we provide free lifetime support.

  Suggestion for improvements:
  - When prescribing, allow the doctor to fill out a form with the medications and allow the patient to download a PDF of the prescription.
  - In the laboratory test results tab, allow the doctor to attach PDF documents so that the patient can download them.
  - Implements the Mercado Pago payment gateway, it is the largest in South America.
  - Implement Telemedicine so doctors can provide online care.

  We have ideas for prescription and advice. Currently, only text and photo sharing can be done, but we will improve it. We will improve the forms.
  Currently, professionals can share laboratory results as pdf.
  We are considering adding Paypal, Razorpay and Mercado Pago, but probably in later updates.
  We will add Zoom for online appointments. Maybe Google Meet later.
