  Hi, the design is nice but I found some problems
  1- Repetition of user responses does not appear in the final admin panel, only the first message appears
  2- The chat does not work
  3- It is not possible to amend, add or delete on the knowledge base from the admin panel
  4- It is not possible to amend, add or delete sections
  5- It is not possible to amend, add or delete in categories (classifications).
  6- There are no powers for supervisors
  7- Fix some of the errors mentioned in the comments
  * Is there a new update soon to fix these things

  I need some help to resolve this problem, or send me the detail guide how to configure this thing, and get rid if the Demo stuff.
