  There is no db_config.php file in the files, this is not working.

  Sadly cannot get working. Should the install procedure write db_config.php into the includes folder?
  
  Maybe I have some permission issues but before digging deeper, wondering about the install procedure. Hate to chase my own tail

  Hi,
  The installer should create a db_config.php for you. If it fails, it should display an instruction how to create your db_config.php manually (simply copy & paste the code).
  
  Try to set permission 644 to /includes folder?
