  Please i need refund the author has never added download function to the app he sent me a code saying they added download function but app keeps crashing when i click download i asked them to fix they said Christmas holiday they off of work. still no response or no fix. please consider refunding me. thanks

  Hello, i have purchased this app but in your description you have said it has download function which is not in the app. also app crashes when starting. If you dont have download function why would you mention it in your description i bought it because of download option. since there is no download option working i would like a refund please. thanks

  Actually, we will implement the download function after the customer purchased our product. Please let me know your email so that we can do it free for you.
  But please be aware that there might be a risk that the app is rejected by Google Play and Apple Store if we make this function. That's why we remove it. But if you want then we will make it free for you.

  If yes, this depends on your server. It normally about 10-15MB.
