  It is easy to fix.
  Go to Temlplates >> Ungroupes Templates >> codebuttons ... Options >> Revert to original.

  That did help, now the editor shows up but I still have formatting issues with the checkboxes below. Are there any other things I should do on a new install? The documentation on owlthemes site is missing the images.

  I updated myself. On the oldest version it was working fine. I checked everything on MyBB and Nginx logs after the update and i couldn't find nothing wrong over there.
