  I just bought the Tetrabyblos plugin and when installing it I got a critical error. Does not allow initial configuration.
  
  I did a clean installation of wordpress to rule out incompatibility with some plugins or themes and the error persists.
  I have requested help from support and I am not getting a response.
  The truth is that it is very unserious that they sell something that does not work and do not provide a solution.

  Hello! I purchased this plug-in and follow all instruction before start to upload. Everything works. The form comes out but the cities don't load!
  I have read all the recommendations about "the cities auto-complete doesn't work" cheked for any JavaScript “optimizer” and change the theme wit basic one "Twenty Twenty-Two" but the cities still dosent work.
  I have only two plugins "Contact Form 7" and "Custom Fonts" but when disable them the problem is still there.
  Please give me some advice what to do and if you need more information I am available

  Good evening. Sorry for the very late reply, but I was pause due to personal problems. The main reason for the Atlas auto-complete feature of Tetrabyblos has failed a few times, is not because of it, but because of the used themes. What happens is that several javascript jquery libraries of different versions are loaded within the page, and given this the page colapses. I don't know if you were informed that Tetrabyblos was just now updated with several major features. I made an attempt to try to solve that problem, that is, make Tetrabyblos work dispite any errors that might exist in the templates or other plugins. Please ask Codester for the latest version v2.4.0.0, ok? Any other problem, don't hesitate to ask. Clear skies.

  Good evening. Sorry for the very late reply, but I was pause due to personal problems. There's no apparent problem in WP 5.x, however the tests are not yet finished. Tetrabyblos is hard tested. As soon as it tested, I'll let you know, if you wish. Thanks for the interest. Clear skies.

  Hi, I just purchased this plug-in, downloaded it and attempted twice to install the .zip file as a new plug-in but landed the consistent response of: Installing Plugin from uploaded file: "The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed." I have Wordpress version 4.9, which is compatible, according to your Supported CMS specs. Thanks in advance for your help!
