  This logo can be edited with illustrator not online. If you need another type of file like pdf, or psd ( psd can be edited in photoshop) you can ask for it after purchase. What do you mean when you say script? This is not a script, it is a vector file. If you want to upload it on your website after you modify it you need to save it as jpg, png or svg. What do you mean when you say "if i pass another logo to this vector is this vector edit that logo or not..!" In this logo you can modify text and colors, but you need illustrator to do it.
