  about problem google copyright, App issues are rejected because there is a Google policy. Some of them: The content or assets used there infringe on copyright and intellectual property, using the logo content of the TV in your country and etc.
  About procedure to get licence tv we so sorry we only provide app source code.
  For total cost you can select extend licence prepared by codester.

  if your streaming url can be played, most likely it also can be played on android app
  this app support for direct link
