Can I create personalized services/products?
totally, you can create any type of service/product you want with the custom templates and even for each one create custom fields of the most common types such as text, dropdowns, dates and even colors. the only mandatory fields are the creation and expiration dates to be able to notify you when one is about to expire
Can files be uploaded to the services/products?
Yes, you can upload files of all kinds, for the moment you can either use local storage (inside the script in the storage/local folder) or use cloudinary, for that you just have to set your credentials, but there is a warning about cloudinary, for accounts new ones have some restrictions, you should do your research before using Cloudinary inside Reminder Pro
Can I customize the statuses I want to display for my services/products?
Indeed, you can customize the states and add as many as you want within the configuration, it is very easy, you just have to select the days that your service/product should have to show it, a label, for example "At risk" a background color and a color of letters to prevent the label from being lost (so that, for example, the letter cannot be seen on a black background) and that's it, you can add as many as you want.
Can I translate the script?
Yes, you can translate it to the language you want, you just have to go to the settings and in the "Site language" section set the language you want, you will be provided with all the labels that you need to translate, it's very easy.
Does this send email notification to user?
Yes, notifications are sent to the user's email, an SMTP server must be configured, it's easy, even Gmail provides you with one
What other types of notifications do you plan to integrate in the future?
I plan to integrate notifications through channels such as discord, WhatsApp and Telegram, I am investigating their feasibility
