  Don't waste your time guys. You'll not get an update. Your SERP ranking will go down because once your website stops working bounce rate increases and you fully depend on the developer to solve the issue. And developer becomes silent a week or months and your all given time on that site go into vane

  this function will show active downloaders name in input field placeholder. it's a jquery function. if you have jquery syntax error on your wordpress site , this function will disable.
  
  did you even submit a support ticket to check the issue?
  
  let's say this little function not working. it means you waste your money just because a simple function? kidding me?

  the plugin working without any issue for everyone, i solved any issue on plugin for any downloaders a few hours after customers reports. you can check update list in product description. I don't know what is your problem. you didn't send any help request . you just sending me your email and telling me : "plugin not working send me email"!!
  
  if you have any issue create a support request in support section and describe your issue completely to help. otherwise why should i send you email?
  this site created a support section to solve customers problem. the benefit of support section is other customers can find their questions answer without wasting time.
  
  for anyone who reading this review , just check demo of plugin to be sure the plugin working without issue. also check support section to know how i support my customers, then judge me based on my supports on that part.

  The plugin is good and does the job but here are the main issues with the plugin which makes it useless.
  
  1) The plugin does not have an option to blacklist specific URLs, so once you get a copyright notice to block certain videos you will be able to do nothing about it, and the request will be sent to your hosting provider and your website will get shut down easily.
  
  2) Even if you survived the DMCA or copyright notices, the plugin does NOT have an option to limit video length, so people can download 1 hour, 5 hour long videos and your bandwidth will be over pretty fast costing you hundreds of $$$ to keep your service running and if you think your hosting plan says "unlimited bandwidth" well that is fair usage policy, your hosting provider will just take your site offline once you start eating up too much of their bandwidth.
  
  3) The downloading buffers a lot and freezes at the end just before it completes for about 30 seconds giving it a bad user experience since the user will think the download froze making him/her cancel and restart.
  
  So all in all this plugin lacks the most important features, but if this is something that does not bother you then cool because everything else works fine.
