  Sorry to say, but this Plugin is so basic, that it can't really be used out of the box. First of all, there is no file-type and file-size restriction. This should at least be available! Then, there's no custom paths-settings for upload destinations. Unless you want to rewrite all the plugin paths hardcoded to the controller and template files. And finally, there would be no problem to upload whatever filetype you want, up to PHPs max filesize. A "little bit" risky at last...
  
  There are cheaper and better plugins on the market, that let you choose all of the above. Sorrily no recommendation.

  Plugin called "Order Upload Images" so it allow ONLY upload images file type, of course. And you say there is no file-type restriction? you're funny.
