Manage all saved forms from one place where forms are listed in tabular structure with useful action buttons so that it is easier for you to search, view, update and delete form at any time. Additionally, you can copy shortcode from list items and use it in the content area of wordpress admin

Requirements

Instructions
- Activate plugin from admin "Plugins" menu
- Create form from "Dynamic Form Design" submenu page or import from "Form templates" submenu page
- You can create new theme from "Manage themes" submenu page
- Goto "All Forms", click on update button of any form in the list, then you can apply theme from bottom section of the design page
- Use shortcode [factory-form id="x"], where x = created form id
- It is easier to copy shortcode from "All Forms" page to use it in the content area of posts/pages
- Once form is submitted by user, you will see entry list in "Form entries" submenu page
- You can view/manage entries, save entry note and download entry report
