  friend pls i am using namecheap shared hosting....after edith the site name,and changed the logo when i clicked on saved it did not save,it showed me 403

  According to the investigation, the hacker gained access to the email account password and sent spam emails, which is why my email service was blocked again.
  
  Further review of spammers by accessing the contents of the file
  
  domains / name.com / public_html / laravel / .env
  
  Has been able to access the email account password, which indicates a security hole in the site script.
  Please fix this security hole.

  No one from the internet should be able to access the "laravel" route
  Take for example the demo for this product http://demo.products.com.ng/laravel/.env
  You would get a 403 FORBIDDEN "Access to this resource on the server is denied!"
  
  kindly ask your hosting company to review it's configuration
  
  
  
  However i can further assist you with a more secured configuration but you need minimum of a VPS hosting
