  Like I said, 2 weeks ago my client just published this app successfully. Their first friend was also denied, after updating their privacy policy, their application was successfully published. I'm not sure if this can help you, Please send us your reskined apk file, path to your privacy policy.

  The junk file feature, especially cleaning cache of apps doesn't work.
  It only show that it cleaned but the cache has never cleaned.
