  1 - You need Install Children theme then copy file single-petition.php from parent theme and edit code to display custom fiels you want.

  You only can use a page as front-page. Wordpress not allow use a single post to display as homepage. Let create your custom page for single campaign and use shortcode to allow user sign your petition.

  Unfortunately, I haven't HTML Template version but you can use https://websitedownloader.io to download website as HTML.
  
  You should consider adaptive to wordpress, because if you redo the system you will take a lot of time and tons challenges.
  
  This theme really complex, I have develop it in 3 year you known.

  hi, i have quite a few questions. i'm using the theme for this site. prochoicenation.us
  
  - how do we change which fields we want displayed on the petition itself? we only want First Name and Zip Code.
  
  - Can the First Name and only Last Name Initial show up in the supporters as opposed to their whole name?
  
  - Can we remove the 'Add a personal message' box?
  
  - Also, the profile images aren't showing for the supporters. how do we fix that?

  2. You can set your format name in Campoal Options > General https://d.pr/free/i/J5zdbs. Or the user can decive your display name on profile settings. https://d.pr/free/i/dOnGUv
  
  3. Yes, it's possible, you can inspect html to know css class and add a css line to style.css in children theme.
