5 months agodevklan AuthorWe know that this sometimes happens, in the next update this bug will be fixed.

5 months agomediastori PurchasedPreviously I had time to read your reply message here, regarding the upcoming update in August. What is the estimated date for the Alma version 3 update?
-
5 months agodevklan AuthorYes, we planned and will try to make a release at the end of August if everything goes well. Please be patient, the release of Alma 3 is not that easy, there is a lot to check.
-
5 months agomediastori PurchasedOK thanks, I'm looking forward to the update on the latest version of Alma to v3

5 months agovictorrest PurchasedOptional sidebar on the post page is good idea and would be very helpfully, please consider it in Alma 3. Thanks

5 months agovictorrest PurchasedYour codes and design solutions are very high quality, so I think you can do this better than any example that I can show to you.
But I thinking something similar (simple and optional) sidebar like on this page:
https://dev.to/middleware/exploit-ep-1-from-prototype-pollution-to-a-100-discount-4p93
By the way, I understand the "optional" sidebar as a right sidebar, that the admin can turn on and off. So (for me) would be more than enough, if the left and right Alma sidebars from the community lists are turnable on the post pages.

5 months agoHello there~
Some question about future updates.
1. Any plans to make optional hide/show sidebar panel when reading post or opening communuty?
2. Pin "fatured" communites on sidebar (under write post button foe example). -
5 months agodevklan AuthorHi,

5 months agodevklan Author1. Positioning cropping area also not working (Unable to move crop rectangle).
How come the cropping area positioning doesn't work? I just checked it on the demo and everything works there except for the error message in the console. Please use the latest browser version.
2. Scrolling also not visible to update the image
If you use a display smaller than 800px, of course the scroll will not be displayed. The window has a fixed max height. -
5 months agogeekcodemonster PurchasedI am using chrome Version 127.0.6533.88 and Dell latitude 7840 laptop. How do we fix these and error(Range error - maximum call stack size exceeded).
-
5 months agodevklan AuthorWe did not develop cropper.js, we just use this library in the current version of the script. You can look at the demo of Alma, there this error is also present in the console, but this error does not affect the operation of the script or cropping.

5 months agoHello there,
I have a question please:
Dose this script works on Shared Hosting??? - View 2 more replies
-
5 months agodevklan AuthorI think yes, considering that Namecheap shared hosting uses cPanel.
-
5 months agoYes namecheap use cpanel.
That means I can easily extract the file, sql and run it directly instead of command code installation? -
5 months agodevklan AuthorWhat command code installation are you talking about?
Alma has an installer!

6 months agomediastori PurchasedI ask for your help to help install the alma script on my hosting. Have you installed it? I don't know how to install the alma script.
And I have sent a message to your email with complete data 2 hours ago. Please check it immediately. Thank You. -
6 months agodevklan AuthorHave you read the Alma documentation? Is your hosting running Apache or Nginx?
-
6 months agoThank you for your reply.
For Chatting/PM support on shared hosting. I have tested it. I have Grupo chat/Chatnet/Wowonder scripts and so on.
OK, regarding the release of version 3.0, hopefully it supports shared hosting, and I will buy it. - View 4 more replies

6 months agodevklan AuthorAs I wrote above, there will be two versions of Alma 3.
Alma 3 and Alma 3 Pro.
Alma 3 regular version can be installed on any shared hosting, vps etc.
Alma 3 Pro is only for VPS/VDS, because will come with websockets, etc.
There is no exact release date, Alma 3 is still in development. -
6 months agomediastori PurchasedHi there @Picisan, I use Hostinger, 100% working well without any problems. In my opinion, developers certainly know better and will definitely prioritize customers. So, in my opinion, before you comment and say this or that, etc., you should try to buy it and try it first.
-
6 months agoHave you now installed it?
-
6 months agoYes, that's right, but most of the blog and social media platforms on CodeCanyon generally support shared hosting and don't need VPS, etc. I have several items or 15 items that I purchased on codecanyon, all of which support shared hosting.
However, in your script, it is mandatory to have vps etc in the upcoming version 3.0.
But that's okay, that's your right, I'm just giving you advice, if you want to sell well, then apply my previous advice. Because previously, I noticed and read complaints about the Alma script, on other forums, many people complained because the installation system uses the command command and many said there was an error. And not all hosting supports command installation because command installation only supports cloud and VPS hosting or others.
I also see that your sales here / codester are still small or can still be counted on your fingers.
Yes, hopefully lots of people will be interested in your sales. I will still be listening in the next 1 year. -
6 months agodevklan AuthorOnce again, shared hosting has limitations! You cannot build a good business on limited hosting. On shared hosting, you will run a regular script, but you are unlikely to run a script with websocket support. Websockets are needed, for example, for a chat - PM.
What does our sales have to do with it? If you need a script, you buy it, the choice is yours, the number of sales has nothing to do with it.
Version 3 hasn't come out yet, and you're worried about our sales. Before release, we will test the script, perhaps some shared hostings will be supported, but it’s too early to talk about it.
-
6 months agoI'm interested in your script.
But before I bought your script, I looked at the story "View" system, it can overload the server. This will certainly have an impact on server load, especially for shared hosting. Can you remove this section in a future update?
Then secondly, does it support PHP 8.3?
And does this support if installed on shared hosting on the "Hostinger.com" service?
And when do you plan to update to version 3.0?
Hopefully you understand this question.

6 months agoIt's a shame, I had intended to buy your script, but unfortunately, in the upcoming version 3.0, it no longer supports shared hosting. So, I didn't buy your script.
Thank you very much.. -
6 months agodevklan AuthorThank you for your concern about our sales.
Alma 3 hasn't come out yet and you're already drawing conclusions.
But regular shared hosting has limitations, for example, in additional ports for a website, etc.
You don't need to have a good knowledge of Linux to install Alma or any other script. For this, there are control panels, for example CPanel, where everything you need is installed and configured through this panel. You can also use Hostinger Сloud hosting.
Not all scripts on Codecanyon Marketplace can work on shared hostings, check other authors. For example redqteam.
We are adding new technologies to Alma 3, the script will run 5 times faster, and will consume less php memory and processor.
When there is a demo of version 3 then draw your conclusions.
Thanks -
6 months agovictorrest PurchasedHi Picisan, VPS is cheaper and more powerful than the most shared hosting. With a good and detailed installation guide will not cause problems to install the script.
