  I downloaded the InstallEngine.zip to my Public_html and extracted it to the said folder. Navigating to my website, I am presented with the index of the pulbic_html folder instead of the installation page.
  
  These are the files extracted -
  Folders : app, bootstrap, config, database, node_modules, public, resources, routes, storage, tests, vendor
  Files : .editorconfig, .env, .env.example, .gitattributes, .gitignore, .htaccess, .rnd, _ide_helper.php, artisan, composer.json, composer.lock, engine.sql, package-lock.json, package.json, phpunit.xml
  
  I have deleted and re-extracted the files several times. I am lost to what to do...
