Yes, AiDex offers an option within the widget configuration where you can determine the default state of the chatbot—whether it's opened or closed. When set to 'closed', the widget will initially display as a small icon or bullet. If you choose 'opened', the widget will appear as a conversational window right away, just like in Tawk.to.

2 months agothank you. Are you available for custom work? for example on mobile devices, chat window trigger itself in full screen right open the webpage and add extra options like chat with operator, call us, whatsapp us, continue to website etc. So visitor can choose what he want to do.

The bright side is that AiDex is designed for scalability with a clean architecture and flexible open-source code. You won’t have any trouble finding a Laravel developer to implement any changes you need.

Not all business people have their own websites to dip Aide. Therefore, add customized domain features to anyone who can use their own domain name to point to their widgets links created at AIDEX.
At this point they only need their own domain name and run Aidex on their domain name brand.
They only need to send their domain name link to their potential customers so that the potential customers talk to Aidex have been trained by that brand.
This will expand the audience for Aidex Saas business people.

3 months agoHi, can you add the ability to include branding at the bottom of the webchat? Many webchat providers offer this feature. It's a basic addition, like 'Powered by our brand.'
Also, I can't seem to find an option to limit the number of characters for each chatbot. Is there any way to train the bot using both a URL and file upload together?
For appointments, can I create custom fields? I’m from a yoga background, so if someone books, I’d like to set custom fields such as 'How many days of training are needed?' or 'Do you have any health issues?'
Lastly, is there a way to set our availability, like being available only on specific days, for example, Monday or Wednesday? -

The branding issue was included initially but was temporarily removed to allow for more flexibility. It will be reintroduced soon.
As for training, at this time, you can only use one method. However, you can still scrape data from the target URLs and include it with the training file, which will work seamlessly.
For the last two points, the chatbot can easily be instructed to handle them. There’s a field for additional data, which the chatbot will use. This data can be customized by the administrator to suit your needs.

3 months agoDannsScripts AuthorCaptured appointments can be easily accessed as a downloadable JSON file, allowing you to transfer the data to a worksheet, process it, and import it into your CRM.
For availability, you can use the "system instructions" field to guide the chatbot in addressing appointment bookings or any related inquiries.

If AIDEX chat box is integrated with Zalo, customers can easily interact with the type of application (Zalo) that they often use. This will bring great benefits when the owner of a website can reach and take care of their customers.
I think you already have other modules like Facebook Messenger ... Zalo will be the same.

1. How can we validate the authenticity of collected emails or phone numbers? In Aidex, you have appointment booking and lead collection options, but what if a user submits a fake email or phone number? My suggestion is to send an OTP to emails, which I think will work. What do you think?
2. I have an affiliate website with over 100 product review pages, and I want to crawl only 50 of them. Will I be able to do this? I can't see an option to select specific URLs to crawl.
3. Please consider displaying images inside the chatbot. It would be very useful for our business. -

1. We understand that managing captured data can differ across businesses. That's why we'll be introducing a new feature that allows users to trigger an external webhook for each data capture, rather than just storing the information in the dashboard. This way, captured emails or phone numbers can be validated or processed accordingly - the same as appointements or newsletters.
2. Currently, only the specific webpage you link will be crawled. If you'd like to work with a selection of 50 product review pages, you'll need to manually pull them and store the data in a file to use for training the bot.
3. We will definitely implement image display within the chatbot soon.

1. Is the SaaS module included for free, or do I need to purchase it separately?
2. In the SaaS module, can users set up their own API keys? Otherwise, it will be difficult to sustain.
3. I see you have a WhatsApp module. Does it work with Cloud API or Twilio?
4. Can I limit users from training large websites? For example, if users have websites with hundreds of pages, and they all start training, it could potentially overload the server.
5. Is this script at least 95% bug-free?
6. I noticed very few options to customize the chat widget. Do you have any plans to add CSS customization so we can apply our own designs?
7. I have a Shopify store. I want to connect it and display all products, including images, descriptions, and a buy button inside the chat. Is this possible, or are there any plans to add this feature?

n the future, we plan to introduce a feature that will enable administrators to create plans with custom API keys. -
3 months agoDannsScripts AuthorWhat we mean is that admins will have an option called "Allow Custom API" when creating a subscription plan. This allows for flexibility, so not all users will rely on the organization’s API key. For instance, users on free trial plans will use the organization's API key with the set limitations, while more advanced and higher-priced plans will have the option to use their own API keys.
