Currently, the chat is managed exclusively by AI. We are considering adding live agent interaction in the future, but we can't make any guarantees at this time. -

Human handoff refers to the process where the AI chatbot captures a message and notifies the admin. When a user requests to transfer their conversation to a human agent, the chatbot sends an email notification to the admin, including the user’s name, email address, and the message they want to hand off. The message is also saved and displayed in the "Handed Off Messages" table on the dashboard.

I already created my database, with full permissions, and when i paste the data, it modify my .env file, but in the installer, it still refreshing the database page.

Try with a DB password That does not contain any special characters (ex : #@$).

Yes, AiDex offers an option within the widget configuration where you can determine the default state of the chatbot—whether it's opened or closed. When set to 'closed', the widget will initially display as a small icon or bullet. If you choose 'opened', the widget will appear as a conversational window right away, just like in Tawk.to.

4 weeks agothank you. Are you available for custom work? for example on mobile devices, chat window trigger itself in full screen right open the webpage and add extra options like chat with operator, call us, whatsapp us, continue to website etc. So visitor can choose what he want to do.

The bright side is that AiDex is designed for scalability with a clean architecture and flexible open-source code. You won’t have any trouble finding a Laravel developer to implement any changes you need.

Not all business people have their own websites to dip Aide. Therefore, add customized domain features to anyone who can use their own domain name to point to their widgets links created at AIDEX.
At this point they only need their own domain name and run Aidex on their domain name brand.
They only need to send their domain name link to their potential customers so that the potential customers talk to Aidex have been trained by that brand.
This will expand the audience for Aidex Saas business people.
