  Hi, you could be using any PHP hosting. You can customise admin panel and apps as you want, but you are must to be a programmer or have one of developer for help with knowledge in Javascript (Html, Css) and Java, Android.

  You can put Product/Service price per km (main price), also, can add Landing price (additional price), that works as start pice for order and additional price per km(and also can be discounts, that works as increase or decrease to total price, for every product or for every customer-user), not other total price can be. So, Total price = product start price (such as, for Landing) + product main price (such as, calculating price for distance per km) + product discount + customer (user) discount.

  Installation not hard, it's very easy, but you must have some developer's skills. In case, when you have remote hosting, do next steps: Your web host provider Java server must have (Tomcat web server or other Java web server) for using. First of all, Your provider must send to you Link (wth URL) to Servlets management panel, you must upload to web server Your servlet.war file (see Your zip package), by one click (If you will works on other server for MySQL database and other server for Java web, see service.ini file and write real ip address of Your MySQL database, see [Database] PrimaryAddress = ... replace "localhost" to your MySQL database ip address). If MySQL database and Java web installed on one server, no need service.ini file changes.
  The second, You must install MySQL database dump (use sql files). You must upload to Database server: (run import to database) fireart_schema.sql, fireart_data.sql, fireart_user.sql (imports 3 files) and "fireart" database schema created.
  That's all. No other needs.
  Yes, one application project package for driver and client apps. To create (separated) two apps, see files in package other_package.forms: StartClientActivity, StartDriverActivity for compile client/driver apps.
