  I am eagerly interested to purchase this product but when I logged in into system using demo credentials. Page showing error "The page has expired due to inactivity. Please refresh and try again.". Kindly help. What is the issue and how can I solve it. Thanks a lot.

  Hi @technoigniters. Can you tell me, on which page? The message said, if you are not using the app for a certian time, the page will expire due the inactivity. Also on the demo page some part of the app you cant insert data into the database.

  @sansolutions - with due respect, I think you did not read my last message carefully. I requested that 'when I logged in into system using demo credentials. Page showing error "The page has expired due to inactivity. Please refresh and try again."' which means at the initial stage I am not able to logged in into application. Just loaded login page then immediately I entered shared admin login credentials then system displayed me this error message. I have checked the issue on 3 different networks and results are same. Any suggestion will be very helpful to proceed further. Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

  Hi @technoigniters, i really dont know what is wrong. Application working just fine. I checked twice, and every option in the app woroking. Login system works for each account on the demo app.

  Hello. Thank you for your interest. Yes , this app can work offline without internet connection. When you purchase app, you will need provide us teamviewer or AnyDesk , that can we setup app to work offline. For the backup, there is a button, as you can see on the demo app. When you push that button, app will create backup database , and you are able to download backup file of database and store it where ever you want. Also on the app you will have all backup's of database files.

  Hello @Andre27, on first question, yes thats can be done. We need to make some changes on app, and will cost extra $50. On the second question, thats allready implemented. You cannot see that, becouse on demo version thera is only one account for doctors. Thank you for you interest.

  Thank you for your interest. Yes it is possible to send SMS via nexmo API. To configure nexmo is quite easy and for pocessing installation we will help you to configure and install application on to server.
