  All statistics are stored on tbl_stat , and yes every click/views have more info like ip/country ...
  Fraud detect :
  Anti-Cheat system against VPN/PROXY
  Anti-Cheat system against publisher who click there own ads (Even if publishers click there own ads system will not count anything will assign this clicks as fraud).
  Anti-Cheat system for limit on the same IP (If same IP click multiple time after 3 or 4 will not count any more and you can update the limit from Admin Area).

  it's really hard to transtlate the main version as it doesn't have a multi languages or a file to change the text, also the form need some programming knowledge to do this thing.
  so i can't do (withdrawal from) as it's will be hard to integrate with the new update.

  update to the last version seems you don't have the last version of 2.8.0, if you have the last version just replace the main domain in link with codsem.com
  look buddy email settings seems have some really big problems as some of my clients are asking about smtp not working correctly so ask you to wait untill i release an update that will fix the email issue.

  Related to mail settings, if somebody registers, they not get an email. I tried both Phpmail as well as SMTP (both with correct settings) but unfortunately both not working, how to fix it? Or can you login to my panel again and check what is going wrong?

  I think there is nothing wrong please check again and put a correct settings.
  if the problem still there just disable option to confirm users by email and will make sure to check this out on the script
