  No framework there is only a template engine (Smarty) & pure PHP
  
  How do you manage multiple clicks to an Ad to prevent bot fraud?
  Banner ads have anti cheat system wich have a limit for the same IP (If same IP click multiple time after 3 or 4 will not count any more and you can update the limit from Admin Area).
  There is an anti cheat system against publisher who click there own ads (Even if publishers click there own ads system will not count anything will assign this clicks as fraud).
  The next update will have more advanced features such (anti cheat system against VPN/PROXY and IFRAMES for direct links)

  So you will not add the JS code from Admin? Admin can set Adsense code that for example will pay publishers for 0.2$ cpm for world wie or country targeted?

  I forgot theree is a feature to add HTML/JS code for only default campaigns wich are created from only Admin Area they don't count any views/clicks/earnings they just apopear when there is no active paid campaign.
  There is no plans to add prices for every country.

  You are free to choose any script, if you are in hurry i ask you to choose another script because we do updates as our clients requests not all features requested but we do our best
