  It seems there was issue with this updates. When apply v1.3, update work well, but these issue have been observed:
  
  1. site footer disapear completly after updating from v1.2 to v1.3 (http://prntscr.com/nqzbil)
  
  2. proposals wich were featured in features prosals disapear and being empty (http://prntscr.com/nqzbil)
  
  3. header link like login, register not working anymore
  
  Please release a patch to fix these issue.

  Why the withdrawal part need to fill in the paypal sandbox ID in order for the seller to withdrawal. Until now, I still testing the withdrawal part, not working

  2 "Packages" : Enables sellers to combine specific services into price bundles, for a maximum flexibility, convenience and, ultimately, increased revenue for your marketplace.
  3 "Account Segregation" gives the ability to separate user registrations, as well as account dashboard, between marketplace buyers and sellers.
