  Can I get the script with the "blog" in the regular license? Without articles/content, it will be so hard to get ranked on google. Hence, I think having a blog is essential.
  
  I can do all the server-side configurations on my VPS. You just have to tell me what to install on the server in order to function the "blog".

  Hello Anas, You Need to Have VPS or Dedicated Server from Bluehost without Cpanel/WHM that Could Bring the Cost Very Affordable.
  
  You can go for VPS Bluehost without Cpanel/WHM.
  
  As for as shared hosting is concerned. No, you can't use that for this.
