  Does it have any kind of autoresponder/automatization? For example: I have a List called “One” and a List called “Two”, everyone who subscribe in list One (by a form) will receive a e-mail one minute after with “Here is your e-book” and after one hour another email with “Also, get this other ebook”. Members of list “Two” will receive a e-mail 3 days after joining with “Thanks for buying or ebook, here you can get e free one”.

  Yes, you can do this via "Drip" feature. First you will need to add a drip then schedule it as per your requirement.

  very nice! And is that also possible to send a single campaign with multiple ESPs.
  Eg. we have maligun, sendgrid, and amazon ses accounts and a list of 30000 contacts, and we need to send 10000 per ESP?

  yes you can send a campaign with multiple ESP/SMTP. You will only need to select the required ESP while scheduling a campaign.
