  1st I suggest you to mind your language first that what you are saying to your customer.
  Second, if you have personal life issues, then you can say it directly instead of saying to work 24/7.

  sorry the link that you try to download is not a video link. it's story. and this plugin is not supporting fb stories. it just support fb videos.

  Hi, I contacted you through the email you mentioned in the '2-Documentation', but obviously, you never replied to me. In the document, it states that your customers can contact you directly through email.
  
  Now, despite the inconsistency and confusion regarding your support practice, I'm writing down the same question for one more time:
  
  It throws an error that says: "403 Forbidden, Access to this page is forbidden" when I was trying to download any files.
  
  Part of the URL is /wp-content/plugins/WSM_Downloader/include/download.php
  
  I hope my questions can be answered here sooner than the non-existing email support.

  and about your issues it's obvious. the issue is about your server security configuration. just add that path to White list and you can download it.

  you're welcome . if you are using a shared host you can't add path to whitelist.you should submit a support ticket to your host provider to solve it.
  
  or i can change some part of codes for you . hope it works.
  
  but you need to add this code to your plugin every time after update. it may annoying you but there is not other option.
  
  send me a FTP access in private message to adding codes if your hosting didn't help you .

  Also I'd like to make a statement regarding the software piracy that happened to this developer. I understand some users cannot afford an expensive license for some enterprise software, but this plugin only costs $25 and you will have access to its future updates. What's the point to save a few bucks only to get a temporarily working plugin?
  
  As time goes, all the video platforms will update their backend to prevent downloading and the developer will have to constantly change his approach to make downloading possible. It is not easy but your support for a legit copy will make his job easier. So, please support the developer and buy a license.

  if you did not purchase this plugin and you download it somewhere else for free , be sure u run virus on your server.nothing is free
