  Hello, This error is related to the hosting plan limits. You might have to upgrade the plan or changing the host. But for now in mysql SQL tab run command SHOW PROCESSLIST; and kill the process attached to your embedai database

  Yes you can add in yourself. Login as Admin and go to Servers>Add a model.
  Model - gpt-4o-mini
  Type - GPT-4o
  Usage - Check all
  Description - Anything
  Tokens - 128000
