  I also have one more question. If I add a website link to a chatbot does it learn the data from the site and use that data or does it access the site everytime and respond with data from the site. I ask because my concerns would be if a site updates do we have to remove and add the site again or does it always just go to the site when the inquiry occurs?

  Currently when a website updates, you will need to remove the current and add it again manually but we will find a way it can be automated soon

  Can we also get the open and close button fixed on embedded chatbots. If i use a value in both fields they both show up when the bot is closed. When the bot is open I only see the close button, but when closed they are both there. For example I name the open button 'AI' and the close button 'X' when it is closed i see 'AIX' and when it is open i see 'X' and I am on the most recent version. Also can we have icons in the embedded chatbot window when open, to the right or left of the title, there's a lot of empty space there.

  When update is done you have to check from the marketplace for the last updated date. But from v3.0 onwards, you can check under Settings>updates for in-app updates after license verification
