  1. Yes it can. Provided you use it on one project.
  2. Currently the only possible way is ₫1,000,000.00 and the currency symbol on the left.
  3. I have used ₫ for the symbol. (See the demo now)

  Extract on the root of the website.
  
  It will overwrite the APP and PUBLIC folder. But do not delete the existing ones.
  Open the YORWEBSITE.COM/app/install. It will look like an install, input the database credentials, next will be a window showing update database. Showing currently installed version and version you want to install. Update database then delete install folder
