  Hi, nice script. three things to look into
  - Possibility to restrict the size of files uploaded.
  - The formatting of the chat output has issues, especially with listing or bullet points. Why not allow the default openai format?
  - All payment methods show up in subscribe page even when not select as live in the settings.

  Hello,
  To turn off a payment gateway, go to payment settings, set YOURGATEWAY Active ? to "No". That should disable the payment gateway.
  Chat output with listing or bullet need some out-of-the-box markdown since the API does not respond in formatted manner. It gives plain text in JSON format. This means you get the response and find a way of formatting it.

  Currently, there is no file size limit in the app but OpenAI upto a maximum of 512Mb per file.
  You can only attach 1 file to a widget.

  I just purchased this, added my openai key, tested key with bots, it works fine. But when I upload files (pdf's in particular) it uploads the file fine but when i click 'Upload for chat' I het the error 'Operation aborted for callback'. Now I have tried pdf file sizes from 55kb to 2mb and still same repetetive issue.

  2: can admin manually add a plan to user - Yes, go to the plan as admin and then click "Offline payment"
  3: Chat model - GPT-4o, Finetuning model - GPT-3.5-turbo (GPT-4o experimantal, you can try it), Files links and websites (Assistants model) - GPT-3.5-turbo (GPT-4o coming soon)

  Yeah, after updating the code, now it's working. However, I noticed that the chat history is not displaying correctly. When I ask a second question, the first question and its answer vanish, and I can only see the answer to the second question. Ideally, the chat history should show all the previous questions and answers, so if I ask 10 questions and get 10 answers, it should display all 10 questions and their respective answers. Currently, it's not functioning this way.
  
  Additionally, there is another issue - when one user uploads a PDF file, all other users can also see the same PDF under the "Chat Files" section. The system should only display the uploaded file to the user who uploaded it, and not make it visible to other users.
  
  There are several other issues that I'd like to discuss as well. It would be great if we could schedule a Zoom meeting so that I can describe all the issues in detail. This way, you'll have a better understanding of the problems and can work towards solving them. I believe that by addressing these issues, your tool will provide a fully functional and user-friendly experience. Currently, there are lots of bugs present, which makes it challenging to run a successful SAAS business using this script.

  Okay, I am eagerly waiting for your update. Additionally, please check the chatbot logo issue. I noticed that when I create a chat widget using any custom-created assistant or PDF, there is no way to set a logo for the chat floating widget. It shows as black with text.
  
  Also, please check the chat link feature. I noticed that sometimes it cannot scrape the web pages, while at other times it works. The chat animation doesn't work, and the chat response sometimes takes more time. The chat type loading (three dots) should be animated horizontally, not vertically.
  
  Please check all these features to ensure they work properly. I am eagerly waiting for your update, and thank you for your hard work.

  Scraping the web pages is normally done by Openai, we hope it can be able to read the whole content.
  The chat animation improved and now works.
  Chat response time depends on Openai API and the model used.
  The chat type loading (three dots) used to be vertical when there was an error message on the bubble. Now the error messages are display on their own space, allowing the three dots to load horizontally.
  Logo for the custom chat widget is now available currently but will be added in the coming week.
